CHANCELLOR'S BRINK

ACADEMY

Proof of work begins at home.

For parents who refuse to outsource the most important job they have: educating their children.

Chancellor's Brink Academy teaches children what they actually need to know about the real world, not what the government says they should know. It is built on the principles of the block that started it all.

STEP 01

Foundation

Read, reason, and learn how to learn.

FIRST PRINCIPLES
All learning stems from reading and math. A child who masters both can learn any subject, and pass any test, when the time comes.
UNDERSTAND, DON'T MEMORIZE
Learn why it works, then build on it. A child who understands the foundation can reason through problems no one has taught them.
LOVE OF LEARNING
Humans love to learn. School made it a chore. Here, children find what they love, do more of it, and become world-class at it.

STEP 02

Value

Build on the foundation until you can serve others.

APPRENTICESHIP
Learn from people who do the work for a living: taxes from a CPA, plumbing from a plumber, writing from a working writer.
TECHNOLOGY, NOT SCREENS
Technology is a tool, not a babysitter. Students learn to use it on purpose, to become more capable and more useful to others.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Students start real businesses. They build something of value, sell it themselves, and learn to show others it is worth what they ask.

STEP 03

Sovereignty

Turn value into money, and money into independence.

VALUE FOR VALUE
All wealth comes from providing value to others and being rewarded in exchange. Create more value, earn more. Wealth is never printed.
SOUND MONEY
Money is your time and energy in abstracted form. Most people work their entire lives for it and can't define it. Our students will.
SELF-SOVEREIGNTY
Money you earned, held in money that keeps its value, means relying on no one: not a boss, not a bank, not the government.

“I don't believe we shall ever have a good money again before we take the thing out of the hands of government. We can't take it violently out of the hands of government. All we can do is by some sly roundabout way introduce something that they can't stop.”
